Bad location from the beach, very small pool, and beds that felt like made of stone, very hard. Bad working air conditioning, ants in the room. otherwise clean, and quite nice. Large rooms and beds.

Very large rooms with good facilities. Pool area is lovely, and was very quiet when we were there, which was good. Only criticism is that you have to actively ask to have your room cleaned each day (or hang a note on the door handle)and the fridge restocked with water / drinks. All staff helpful and friendly, especially opening the bathroom door which mysteriously locked itself with no-one in it for 2 nights in a row!

Parking for only two cars. On the second night of stay the domestic water system failed. Took time to rectify. On morning of checkout water system failed again. Also took time to fix and was then muddy brown. Had to use bottled water for brushing teeth. Staff tried to be helpful. Hotel definitely not worth the money. A rip off in fact. Was supposed to be seaview room. Could only just see the horizon over the roof tops.

Very large room and comfortable, once you got rid of the perfumey sachet hanging in the closet (we noticed others did as well). Toilet and sink water yellow to brown, with lots of particles and very bad smell. We had 3 nights booked, and second night, no running water all night and in morning. When it did come back, it looked like sewage water. We did not want to shower in it, and spoke to manager, who was very good about it. Told us same thing happened 2 wks ago! Decided to check out, and called Asia Web. No problems with manager refunding us our one night left. Asia Web great at refund.

3 Years ago we stayed in the same hotel and it was i nice time. This time it was totally different. no water and just lies. I reality the did not have water for months, and without water no cleaning. In the past years they built a new swimming pool but they rooms are in poor conditions. They promissed W-LAN in the rooms but it was not working. Everthing in all it is not worth to stay there.

The hotel was ok, the only thing I´m not satisfied with, is that the pool wasn´t ready to use. In my opinon I should have been informated about that.

well... the hotel was just build up. the pool, the reception an the dinningroom were still in work! it wasnt loud and it didnt smell bad. thats now 2 month ago I think everthing is ok now.
