the hotel is clean & the staffs are friendly.Location also nice, near the shop and eating place, about 5 minutes walk to the beach.

As above, we tried to move after one night of no sleep, THEY SAY IT WAS A jUNIOR SUIT BUT IT WAS A BASIC ROOM IN MY OPINION , THEY SAID IT WAS THE BEST,,, WELL I WOULD HATE TO SEE THE WORST, a/c was like a jet engine in your balcony, door to balcony fell off, power cuts all day, staff noisy outside room, building work outsid with jackhammer going on all day, we will never go back, it was like a 2 star basic room

Good rooms and walking distance to all entertainment. Excellent smiling staff. Gave us very good info on activities in Phuket. Better variety for breakfast would have been better especially to cater to Aseans. No complains all went well. Thanks.

The hotel accommodation can be rated fairly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is good with nearby shopping and food outlet facilities. Would recommend for those looking for a comfortable stay with a short walk to the beach and Bangla road.

The hotel is nice, service is good. views from the upper level rooms are great. good location close enough to all the action without it keeping you up at night. for the price i could not complain about anything with this hotel.

Hotel is in desperate need of upgrades. However, it provides decent accomadations if you are with a family and on a budget.

It is just a basic hotel with a pool and a small dinind place. Air-con is noisy because the compressor is just outside the balcony. Noise from surrounding Patong Beach area last till about 2-3 am. Chicken will make noise at around 4-5 am. Water pressure is bad and so having a bathtub is of no use.
