Nice quaint boutique hotel. Congenial and sincere service but the hotel needs a major facelift.
Looking dated and old, which is a pity for this hotel has lots of potential.

Great friendly Staff to help out with kids, location is a distance from hustle and bustle, but good for that quiet getaway for family and kids.

There is no twin bed room. It is quite remote and not many taxi driver knows the way to the hotel. Very good services and very helpful. The environment is very homy. All the residence are lovers or families. Not much TV channels. The message is quite good. It would be better to rent a car for living in the hotel

very dissapointed, hotel enviroment could be fantastic but needs proper management, hygiene poor, cleaning poor, dusty surfaces, very poor and smelly plumbing with appalling leak of foul water in bathroom, water collecting, unbeknown to us,in a cut out container in sink cupboard.
the manager Mr Ting could not be nicer and tries his best but he cannot do everything and frankly the lack of any language skills by all the staff leads to frustration and errors.my major complaint is that the hotel is surrounded by building sites and approx 100 metres to the rr is a commercial saw mill which saws form 7am till 8pm,continous noise becomes very wearysome.the hotel needs proper management not just lots of friendly but pretty innefective smiling faces who contribute little to guests comfort/experiences...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The service is very friendly & personal, they will do everything to assist you. Go for the Villa, they are so nice. The pool is excellent & a footstep away. The beach is a 10-min walk away, and is great. The SPA experience here was excellent - go for the Thai massage - great value & the best one we experieced in Thailand, the body scrub was also excellent! Food is also really tasty, restaurant was not used much at dinner so it was like having our own private chef. All in all a wonderful place to stay, highly recommend it, especially if you want a more personal Thai experience and not the mass-resort business. Not being on a beach was not an issue, as it was so close, and the walk there was like thru rural Thailand, by buffalo in field, etc.
