Of passage to make us in Bali we remained one night in the hotel Ancasa ideally located to discover Kuala Lumpur. The nearness of the quarter of Chinatown and the centres of interêts is one more. The personnel and equipment are very correct.

This was the best located hotel within walking distance of the chinatown market. The Staff were exceptional and the hotel was clean and eligant. I would highly recommend this hotel for a safe & comfortable stay in KL. We could even walk to KL Sentral with ease. The price is reasonalbe, too.

Towels were not provided on the second day until I asked, and then not the full number. The operator gave me the wrong information for making overseas calls three times before she got it right. Laundry was not returned the same day even though it was handed over well before the 9:30 deadline for same day service.

Our room is not ready (we reach there at 1.25pm) even though check in time is 12pm. We were waiting at the reception area until room is ready which takes abt 45min later. We were not informed that the room is ready until we went over to the reception to check.

The facilities are rather old. The service is fair e.g. the TV remote control was running out of battery but it was not replaced even we have taken it out, shampoo & bath foam were not replaced as well.

Rooms were great for the price. Location was easily accessible to trains and downtown although a bit outside of downtown.
