We had a very enjpyable time at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and polite and the facilities were great.

We got roped into a very expensive compulsary New Years dinner. THe dinner and entertainment was NOT worth the price (about 100 USD). Softdrinks and water were not even part of the price. We bought beer from a samll resturant just outside of the hotel grounds on the beach, at a much more reasonable price. The restruants along the beach had better food, also at a better cost than at the hotel.

Great location right on the bang tao beach.
A little too far from Patong Beach if you like to go there every night - 45 min drive.
Hotel resturants not great for lovers of thai food. Better food on the beach.

The hotel gave us great rooms where we could see both the beach and the pool from our balconies. The staff was kind. The food was good. The sliding glass doors to the hotel room balcony were difficult to secure.
