THIS IS AN OLD HOTEL THAT IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING RENOVATED.HOPEFULLY THE BATHROOMS WILL BE IN A BETTER CONDITION AFTER THE RENOVATIONS

The breakfasts that were offered were substandard and not very good. would have liked to have something more geared to everyone not just Halal customers. It was average, but not spectacular. Accommodations were okay, nothing special and location was interesting, yet convenient.

This hotel has a great location.Only a few minutes walk to Skytrain, and on same road as The Bed nightclub and Zanzibar restaurant.Hotel staff are very friendly and the lounge has a great atmosphere(and Happy Hour!).

After reading the bad reviews of previous guests who stayed in this hotel earlier I checked into this hotel with some fear, but the room was really good and value for money. I really wonder how people have given such bad reviews for the rate at which rooms are being offered by this hotel located in prime area. The hotel could possibly have a kettle for making coffee/tea in the room. Since most of the flights reach Bangkok in the morning hours, the hotel should consider giving a early check in which is a general feeling of all occupants. Charging Rs.1000/- for guests to share the room for a couple of hours is too much which needs to be looked into. I strongly recommend this hotel to stay with family as they also have non smoking rooms.

The b/fast was the worst we have ever had every thing was in such a mess ,the quality of the food was bad . To top it all exactly at 10.00am the staff would clear every thing weather you have finished or not.will surly not stay ther again and def not recomend it to any one .The room a/c leaked when ever it was put on so we had to put a bucket below it to collect the water and the constant dripping disturbed us through the night.terrible experiance.

Not a family experience. Service is rude. Conditions were very bad, the hotel was full of roaches and the rooms very old and dirty

Location was excellent. Very poor service and Travel Desk insisted on taking the Hotel Taxi @ Bhatt 1200/- although normally it would cost only around Bhatt 200/- if travelled by a Metered Taxi. The hotel staff would not help you in getting one. Renovation is in progress and was miserable to stay during the day time.

The renovations of the hotel is taking far to long and has caused me to loose interest in staying there in the future.
