Stayed couples of times and am going to use the Ambassador Hotel in my future trips to Bangkok as I find it convenient, the rooms are clean and the staff takes care with Thais simle. Excellent security around 24 hours. The hotel is busy mostly with tourist from India and when the hotel is busy expect delays in the service. I recommend Ambassador Bangkok Hotel to both business people and tourists.

The hotel would have been great if not for a couple of things. 1) My room had no bathtub. 2) My room had no internet. These two things should be essential. Other than that my stay was fine.

This is possibley the worst hotel service I have experienced anywhere in the world. The staff are always trying to rip you off. The food at beakfast is the worst meal i hve had at any hotel in the world.

Ambassador is an outstanding value for money proposition especially after the renovation of the tower wing rooms. The rooms are spacious and now very modern. The services are great and the area around the hotel is always humming with a lot of activity.

Do not stay at the Embassodor hotel Bangkok. Dirty, expensive, beds have bllod sucking bugs in them. No service. We wanted to leave that hotel but they would not give us our money back. Many customers complaining. Do not stay there, find other hotels. Jim

Nice hotel with good location near the skytrain but book room in the tower wing.
We had 2 rooms in the main wing and the smell was awfull from the carpet that was a bit wet. The other room also smelled like mould. So I recommend that you book room in the tower Wing which is newer and better.
The breakfast was really expensive around 380 baht/person.
