The Hotel common areas were very nice and staff were always pleasant and attentive. The room however was a bit tired and needed redecorating. The carpet was not clean. The toilet leaked but an atempt was made to stop the leak. The food in the restaurant was very good but very expensive compared to other local restaurants, we chose to eat elsewhere. The pool was very good and overall we had a good stay.

The deluxe hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel manager was kind enough to greet us when we checked in and address any questions we had whenever we bumped into him thereafter. The staff in general were kind and courteous.

Our experience in the hotel stay was excellent, The staff was always helpful to us for assisting us and showing us the directions for touring with the availbale resources, as we were new and it was our first vist to chiangmai, due to their help we could see just everythng , the magazines in the rooms with the maps and the details of each of chiangmai helped a lot. We are very happy with the hotel for our such memorable visit in Chiangmai.
