It was the most fabulous experience for us. My wife and myself just enjoyed ourselves and we would like to come back soon. We would prefer getting a better rate the next time. The location, the beach and the rooms are all awesome.

Staff kindly upgraded us to junior suite on the beach side. A big difference to the Thai village rooms

except a very nice stagiaire from Switzerland we saw no managment at all during all our stay 14 days..which is not very nice in a resort...some staff was limit rude on Christmas eve..at 11.30 pm they started to clean and move all the furniture around us..without apologizing..we had spent over 35thousand baths on winer only...and nobody bothered we had to ask a new manager just there since 2 days..if we coulf inish our bottle of champain..

Interior design for wash room was broken into two sides of room between shower and toilet area. It was inconvenience after rest in toilet and hand washing.

Excellent follow up after being relocated to better rooms - letter from manager and fruit basket apologizing for initial problems with incorrect rooms being allocated.
