The setting and the design of this hotel are spectacular. Access to the breakfast area however is by a steep slope and steps. We coped OK in fact it contributed not a little to our fitness. However it would give problems to more elderly clients or those with mobility problems. The food in the Hotel was of excellent quality and generous quantity. We soon learnt to order one dish from the poolside restaraunt and to share. This was because of the size of the portion rather than the cost which was reasonable and very similar to the cost of eating in the town. The swimming pools and sun bathing areas are good and offer a mixture of sun and shade. There were enough beds and it was posible to go down in the afternoon and still find somewhere. The beach area was clean and sandy the water was clear but shallow with rocks and coral offshore. The pool was the far better option for swimming. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly with a second visit in the late afternoon to tidy up and spray for insects. We were not bitten during our stay. The service in the Hotel really was excellent in all departments. Any request was dealt with promptly and efficiently. This really was a most restful and relaxing part of our holiday.

We had a wonderful experience in this whole trip and it started with a free upgrade that the hotel gave us with a sea view deluxe room. Although the Spa in the resort is so-so, complimentary breakfast and private access to beach is wonderful. Overall it was a memorable trip.

The first night was terrible because original room allocated to us was nearest to lobby bar with noisy life band and singing till midnight, which was never infomed or reminded by frond dest when checkin. It was resolved the next morning after our complaint. Regardless this matter, everything is nice during our stay.

Hotel is beautiful, but beware if you are not 100% fit as there is a lot of walking to and from rooms. Lots of stairs to go up and down to get to and from rooms, would not recommend to older age group.
