Fine hotel, in need of a little tender loving care but overall fine. Has a small supermarket near the entrance which was very handy. Staff were very helpful if sometimes a little slow in the bar area, but then again this is laid back Thailand

The service staff was good.All service with a smile.But i was a bit disppointed with how they treated during the chck out perid.During thje check in, there wasnt any inventory list or us to check.So we didnt bother much bout the stuff in the room.But upon checking out, they discovered that 1 set of pyjamas was missing.
But we insistd that we did not take or even touch the set of pyjamas.But eventually, we had to make payment for the things that we didnt een used to see.Wanted to speak to the manager but the staff said the manager was not in.Eventually we make payment as our transport was already here.
The question is not on the amount which is THB500 which i can easily afford to pay.But its more about the integrity level.
So maybe a suggestion,upon checking in, let the guests ad a staff do an inventory list so as not to occur the same situation again.

The hotel and the location are very nice but the chairs on the beach and the sun umbrellas are in bad conditions.!!!! It would be easy to reach much better conditions with a little work.
But we come back, thank you

The location is good. However, there are so many ants in the room. Also, the water in the shower is sometimes hot and cold. The restaurant has so many flies, so that the food is not hygenie enough.
