Hotel was okay but not great. Location was good (near to Kata and Karon) but tucked away from the main road. Attention in detail was lacking in the hotel i.e. sunloungers were not wiped down (some bird poo) and some green algae in the pool which should have been cleaned away. Apart from that it okay.. more like a 3.5/4 than anything else

This hotel is awesome - starting with always helpful/smiling staff. Fantistic buffet breakfast in a lovely open air atmosphere - paradise. On first floor I can open double door and step into a private poor (3m x 50m) - bedroom was quiet, great shower, large plasma screen TV, transportation to/from private beach (5-10 minutes), overall property is lined with beatutiful flowers/plants - just a great value for the money. Only down side is no/expense taxis. I rented a motor bike for 200BHT per day which made get to places as far away as Patong Beach Phuket city easy.

Wonderful hotel with an outstanding breakfast. We would recommend it also for the wonderful design rooms. The only negative point is the distance from the beach (about 900 mt) even if the hotel provides a shuttle service for the transport hotel-beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Aplina Phuket Resort. The newly opened hotel has good amenities and the service staff are very courteous and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous pool and the on-site spa services.

The hotel was not even 1/3 occupied but the surroundings rooms were very noisy at night and there is no way anybody can take a rest. Furthermore, their food menu is VERY LIMITED.

Fantastic POOL ACCESS ROOM and great layout/decor of the hotel. Good warm Spa services and great to have free wireless access to communicate with loved ones. Good spread of breakfast, would be better if have wholegrain bread for those health conscious. can consider providing transport to Kata areas as well as to the beach. Overall, excellent & can't wait to go back! :)

We only stayed at Alpina for two nights as we had prebooked another on the sea front. Big Mistake. Alpina was a far superior and modern hotel and the service we recieved was exceptional. We stayed for a meal in the restaurant and even though we were the only diners the staff made it very special and romantic. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phuket.

I would certainly recommend this hotel to ANYONE. It was beautiful and well-kept. When we had an issue, they tried to fix it. When it didnt work, they upgraded to a better room and we really appreciated their care for their customers.
