Very basic rooms. No hot water piped to rooms, just a local water heater for the shower (worked OK). No shampoo provided in rooms. BED WAS ROCK HARD (I barely slept). No clock or alarm clock in room. Breakfast buffet selection was small, but food was of decent quality. Most of staff members were helpful and polite, a couple were not so polite. Great location (Bangla and Rat-U-Thit). Reasonable price, but may vary greatly depending on where you book.

The hotel was disgusting. The staff were rude. Facilities inadequate. Service was bad. We had to ask for shampoo repeatedly and finally had to get it ourselves. We asked for our check out to be half an hour later. At first we were told this was ok, but later were told that we had to pay 100Baht more for the additional half hour! We refused to pay. This hotel really does nothing for Thai tourism and should be closed down. I am very, very disappointed.

Good location & clean.
The chambermaids are making alot of noise early in the morning, talking loudly across the coridoor. Staff was partying in the next room, drunk & create nuisance till 4am. Bagguage room did not give us a receipt & had to waste time explain to the other shift officer to claim our luggages. Was not as good than my past stay in the hotel.
