The hotel was nice, a little shabby in places but on the whole okay. The hotel was so expensive to eat and drink and we would have liked to more regularly.

The one bedroom suite was fine for two people. Our room was close to the main road, but still quiet, facing the golf course. We left our door and windows open most of the time. Very good buffet breakfast included. In past years, we have stayed at Laguna Sheraton and rented a Laguna house for a month, and this hotel is the best value in the Laguna complex, with use of all the other resort facilities.

The hotel staff were very good -- they can speak really good English which really helps. I loved the Eucalyptus cold towel that we were given on arrival --- so refreshing!! Great stay. A bit out of the way from Patong but we rented a car so it was not a problem.

we took advantage of a out of reason offer at the rate we paid this was good value,although i dont think we would have been attracted to this hotel at full price,Would have liked more of thai feel about the place and found the grounds uninteresting

Cheapest and largest of the Laguna resorts but now looking a little tired and in need of a major makeover. Much of the external woodwork is rotting. However, still good value for families but you get what you pay for in terms of service. There is still much construction going on around the area so expect quite a bit of construction traffic on the roads.

Showing signs of age - not the rooms which have been refurbished and are excellent but the infrastructure is in need of maintenance, tiles round the pools broken and uneven - my wife injured her toe quite badly preventing her from walking for one day. The boat landings on the lagoons are rotting away poolside furniture is broken and in short supply.

Very nice located hotel in quiet and cosy surroundings. They have this free shuttle bus and ferry which is very convenient for going to the other hotels in the Laguna area and to the beach. The hotel staff are all very helpful and very polite. Located very close to Laguna golf course. Very nice spa indeed. We have been to Allamanda 4 times and will certainly go back there again as soon as we have the chance. We can only recommend this hotel, nothing negative to comment on!!!
