having stayd at this hotel every second year since 2000 we were shocked at the more than 100% increase since our last stay in October 2007so we cancelled and because of the way we were then treated we probably will not use this hotel again.

The hotel is very nice and the staff are all friendly and helpful. They always approach to ask if something is needed...and ask if everything is okay.

professional hotel management. exceptional problem : with my rented car which i have parked within the guarded hotel parking in 2 following nights there have been each night 1 tyred cutted by knife. BUT secured area ?!?

Great place. We were upgraded to 2 rooms suite, we have 2 children so it was great. payed only 2700 bath, so for us it was a great deal.
Staff are good in english, which often is a problem in new hotels.

The Hotel was OK, but we were unlucky with our first suite, because it have a bad smell! We got a new suite, but after rain it have a bad smell too. The Hotel gave us breakfast for 2 nights, because og the problems, but I think they took it too easy :o(

Excellent value for money.The only problem is that the hotel only has one door key for each room and villa.Very bad experience when I made a mistake going back to the hotel without my sisiter who has the key. It took them almost an hour to let me into my villa.

There were only 2 restaurants at this hotel, not much to do at nite in Laguna & quite far from Patong (taxi fair approx. 600 baht per way).

Poor check out process. I have been wait for 30 minutes to check out. When I complaint about this, the lady in front desk told me there is only one person for working (What you expect, should be come up in her mind but did not said it). She did not feel sorry for keep her customer waiting for long time, not even said one word about sorry about this. With this atitude, we will not visit Laguna again.
