Service is great, Facility is starting to show some wear, but maintained in a good working condition. Access to the beach is via a shuttle boat which is a bother. The prices for food and other necessities is highly inflated on the Laguna resort area.

spacious & tidy room; no TV in master room; no safety box in room
internet access at bed side but far from the desk

We had a burst water pipe twice, the drains were very smelly of sewerage.

The location of the hotel is great, overlooking the beautiful lagoon and only a short boat ride away from the beach. The suites are spacious and offer value for money for families with good views. However, they are a little tired and the hotel is the most basic of those in the Laguna group. The service was also quite poor at the restaurants, especially at the poolside grill. Overall however, I enjoyed the stay and would recommend the hotel for the budget conscious but not for luxury.

the managers there are really not good at all ... they said only sorry ... no compensation and no good things ...
the housekeeping majesty doesnot work after 5 pm
and always you need to push her to put water or change the towels.,
she is really asshole
i claim to the guest manager ... but she worse than her ... she replied me no manpower
i asked for late check out ... the manager said we are fully booked ... even i saw 30% of the rooms are empty ....
they want the guest to feel that the hotel is very fully booked
and also the taxi office in the hotel is bloood sucker .. he asked for patong beach one way 1900 thb ... i walked outside the laguna just 2 min and the local taxi there only for 400 bht
about internet : they said 650 bht /day ...
i paid and the internet was not working
the stupid enginners made a summit to know why the internet in my room doesnot work ....
and finally they said it is free
how free and it is not working
stupid people in excellent location ...
i feel if they laguna managment change thoses idiots manager and enginners + housekeeping ... the hotel can be sold more than 160 usd /night
