Neat and clean, but rooms lacked kitchen equipement, and the fitness room had only light mamual wheigts. Breakfast buffet not impressive.

The rooms are very clean and new but I have stayed in other Hotels with better facilities for less money. I did not like the brakfast offered in the Hotel, not enough choices again better on other hotels.

Arrived at hotel past check-in time but waited 25 mins for check-in procedure to be done. The two lady receptionist at the counter were stone-faced and very unfriendly. Finally got the keys to my room but got a rude shock when enter the room. What greeted me and my wife was a etremely strong smelly pungent from the bathroom. It smell like someone just did his business and did not flushed . We quickly left the room and inform a manager about the bad smell. Hours later when we return to our room , the bad smell was still there but slightly better than earlier. Waiters at the restaurant were unattentive despite reminded to serve us tea. Met one of the receptionist in the lift , she was stoned face , not smiling but the moment another caucasian male guest entered the same lift , she instantly give a MEGA-WATT smile and greeted the guest..... ???? Will stay at the hotel again because of its location which is near Nana but definitely not looking forward to see those unfriendly faces and unfriendly treatments.

Great location .
Very nice rooms , with internet , tv , everything , high quality .
Very nice corteous employees .
Only thing missing was a decent breakfast .
Breakfast was ridiculous .
I hope they have a MUCH better breakfast now .
