So nice situated at Nai Yang beach, perfect for the couple that wants a getaway - quite surroundings - we were there at may, so only few people - nice staff - perfect pool - get a room with pool access - and do try the spa&massage - sooo nice.
But the checkin was poor and checkout sucked bigtime and watch out for the sand flies if you go to the beach.

The hotel is good and close to airport. For a 3 day visit it is okay but I would advise not to stay any longer. The sea cannot be used for swimming because the water is not deeper then 3 foot max. also during high tide. There is a river between the resort and next beach where food is cheaper. This cannot be crossed during high tide. Hotel food is okay but highly priced. 5 times more expensive then on the nearby beach. Lobby people are nice but pool people are not intersted in guest and leave garbage lying arround all day. Overall nice place to visit but only if you are not too keen for see and beach, and do not mind t have avarage food for high prices.

Beautiful setting, ideal location on the beach, attention to detail from the food to the rooms Thai style, happy friendly staff, close to airport and pier for boat tours.

A very well appointed hotel with wonderfully appointed rooms. However, the beach was dirty and being a tidal flat not designed for swimming at all. The food was good in the Terrace restaurant and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
Swimming pool was good.

Very nice environment, service and facilities in resort. However beach is a bit dirty due to nearby construction. Taxi to town or anywhere out of this secluded hotel is charged at an exorbitant fee. Too far from town, great for those who only wants to stay in the resort the whole holiday.
