the pools were really excellent, and the pool bar services were very good.
The only disadvantage was the distance to the beach, which kpt us from going more often to beach - we just stood pool side...

In general, hotel was OK. The only problem was that our hotel room smelled bad and had bugs. I was bit by mosquitos everywhere, and everytime you went into the bathroom, there were little bugs everywhere. The room was nice, but the stench made you not want to be there. The pillows were also too big, and therefore you had a stiff neck every morning.

Hotel was nice and conveniently located and the staff were friendly but the maid service was a bit hit and miss! One day there were no towels (a problem when you have just got out of the shower!), the next there was no drinking water (which was supposed to be complimentary).

Very nice hotel with the convenience of a common swimming pool located at the back of each room so you can dive into the pool whenever you feel like it.

staff seems like do not know anything. everything have to confirm with them or inform them otherwise hotel staff seems do not know or not aware at all. they must aware that customer is taking which package. hotel environment, design and idea is good but they do not implement it well.

The bed is good..very comfprtable. However, we felt that the bathroom is a little old looking considering that the resort is rather new. The location is also not very convenient and if the resort has more flexible timing to the near by beach, it would have been better. Also there were some renovation going on during our stay and there were some noises around our room one of the night. But the staff were quick to put the noise to a stop upon request.

Access Resort & Spa was great, I dont think i could have picked a better place, The rooms were clean, Service was good, and Price very affordable. Im glad i had choosen to stay in Karon than Patong. The food was excellent and the staff very helpful although not the best english it was a little difficult to communicate with the staff but they tried there best. I would certainly visist again and would stay at the same resort again
