A fabulous place to stay if you like convenience to pools rather than the beach. Was nice and quiet - no road noise etc. The only negative I would have was that the bed was like sleeping on concrete!! Would love to have a softer bed for better sleeping.

Very nice hotel. Relatively good location. Great concept and friendly, clean and and good standard environment. Excellent service and nice staff.

The Access is located far away ( 30 minutes to walk) from the Karon Beach. Prices in the restaurant and bars are fair, infact of many competion near the resort. Rooms were nice and clean but to expensive for value.

Very good hotel, the entrance from the street is deceiving as the inside of the hotel is very clean and beautiful. Loved the private pool and the huge bed... Excellent all around and very near the beach

Hotel facilities were excellent. spacious room for two, pool and gardens were beautiful, all facilities were spotlessly clean, excellent buffet breakfasts and attentive staff.

We spend 12 nights at the hotel, our overall view is we had a great time there, however they should improve in some ways.
- the baby cot we requested, was exactly what hospitals are using. We did not used it..
- we had problem with the hot water 3 times during our stay, finally they solved the problem.
- the shower curtain is not fitting the high qualitiy rooom.
- the hotel staff has only very basic english,
We really appreciate the services and extras we received, the food was excellent, and the direct access to the pool is a brilliant idea.
