Very good overall experience. Location is not bad, just off the end of the beach and makes for a good start of a walk. The bed however is my only downside as it was 2 singles joint together.

Very nice, clean and friendly hotel. I really liked the open air feeling you get inside the hotel. My sea view room was excelent. Nice (but small) balcony overlooking the beach. Good breakfest selection. Easy walk to most places in Patong. Hotel supplies "Beach" towels to take to the beach or whever you go for the day. Late check out to 6:00pm was only 1,000 Baht. I would rate this hotel as avery solid 4 star but they do not have the space for bigger and better facilities around the hotel which they would need to get into the 5 star ranking.

the hotel is have an excelant locaction, and the staff are very freindly specially Ms. Benz and Pateera, I like my room # 401, and if I will come back again to Patong I will stay in same hotal and in same room.

I like the room, as it is big, but we book the room with seaview, yes the room is facing the sea but with a junk of cables blocking right infront of you. Another thing is the hotel is at a junction, so its very noisy outside and the swimming pool is at the junction.

The hotel staff could not have been more helpful in all detail.
We originally booked a deluxe sea view room on line. This room situated right on the corner of the hotel and on the top floor. The area of Patong is very busy here and on the corner of a main route along to the sea front, plus there are exceptionally live bars across the road. THEN the hotel provided a live band directly below the room at the poolside. When we mentioned the NOISE the following morning not only did they immediately sort out the proble but they upgraded us to a larger suite free of charge.
THE STAFF AT THIS HOTEL COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL AND PLEASANT.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

A very strategic location with easy access to all my needs and a quiet enviroment. A very courteous staff with good services. Will be back next year to stay for a week.

the pool is small, check out time is 12 - too early, could not give me late check out, very nice spa, though slightly overpriced
